...of course, you have firmware 56 in your phone. Use unlock procedure with Viper midlet or with the testpoint.... Or downgrade bellow from the firmware 36 and unlock it directly with papuasoft (I don't sugest you to make it; danger to don't start your phone).
Search on this forum to unlock it with the papua...
