C65 Phonecode unlock

Hi i'm trying to unlock my c65 with papuautils but i cannot do it.

I tried that way;
1) I connect usb cable to my pc.
2) I Connect phone to the cable.
3) I press Service Mode button in papuautils and press red button on the phone but papuautils said:

"Boot in "Service mode"...
Press RED key (Power ON)!
Auto Ignition...
Transfer boot...
Boot in "Service mode" Ok
Awaiting Power On phone...
No answer on Ping "

What is the problem?
 
...if you use DCA540 cable (USB native) you not have any chance to enter in Service Mode.
Use the USB to serial DCA510 (modifyed) cable, the serial cable DCA500 or the serial service cable C55.
