C60 Otp Imei Corrupt

i try to flash c60 v12 but if want to unlock it say original imei is empty. eeproom imei corrupt waht to do. i try to change imei with joker, sst, freia but only eeprom imei is change so impossible to unlock the phone after flashing. waht else should i do?
