c60 flashing (late comer)

i have siemens c60 which blink only when power on, i have tried flashing it with sstv5.31 and joker latest version & jokerv295, but still it cant connect i have download a cable schematic for usb for flashing but still can't. Anybody can help me how this will work, who can share working programs and cable schematics; i have searched and download some of them but some links dont work anymore cuase its quite old(late comer). Thanks in advance.

yes sir i have downloaded the seimens tp selector, i cut it.
and i'm using the usb cable with this schematics,


is this working? TIA
 
This cable won't work for flashing C60!

You need a USB cable with Com emulation or a serial one!
