c5510 phone freeze HELP!

I read the codes all fine but when I insert the sim it says phone freeze and sos call and thats it. I have the master code but I don't know how to enter it to unfreeze the phone. And I can't flash the phone... at least not with ns pro...

HELP.
 
and i have same problem phone freez and i dont know how can enter code unfreez for it
