C45(2118) doesn't work with V-Klay

i own a C45(2118) Siemens

when i start v-klay i choose 2118 as model, but when i hit refresh it just stays there with "sending boots" message

the error message i receive once i push the off button again is

a hardware i/q error was reported while accessing COM1 - Loader:
No Answer from boot LoadBoot.bin


the cable works on Com1 (tested with another program)

i tried also with C45 as model (still this error)

i tried with all baud rates


any ideeas ?

Hi, i'm e newbie and seems to have same problem with tibi lord2, may i ask you guys what is 2118 and 6688 means instead of just C45??? Mine is C45 with firmware v.33

2118 is the name for c45 chinese version
