C35 Shuts down during the call

I have a problem with my phone.
Sometimes , during a call it turns off - I found out that this occurs when I press the phone around the display.
Is this a PA problem ? If not what is the problem.

yes there is PA problem, if there is still change the DIALOG !!
tested with 5 phones, 3 phones worked
