bypass anti theft system on 93 buick la sabre?

ii need to know how to bypass the anti theft system on my car because when i attempt to start it the light starts flashing and it won't start. I hit from the starter and it starts but turns off. Mechanics been telling me i can bypass the system but i don't know how. can someone help me.
 
you have to leave the key in the on position for 10 minutes the light should stop flashin after that turn key to off and start .only the dealer can fix that problem
