Mayeather obviously doesn't believe that Pac is cheating since he agreed to a 14 day cutoff and you can STILL cycle PED's in and out of your system easily within that timeframe. If Mayweather really felt Pac was cheating, or "wanted to ensure that they were on a level playing field" or whatever, then he wouldn't have budged from his stance of random testing until up to the fight. Since it's obvious he doesn't believe Pac is cheating, then why not take the $40 mil (since if it doesn't make money then it doesn't make sense) and "whoop his punk a$s" and be hailed the undisputed pound for pound king? He IS in the check cashing business right? $40 mil is more than he would have received from the Mosley fight and Pac is just a mediocre talent (according to Mayweather) so it would have been an easier fight for him.

Um...thanks lil Floyd, but I guess you didn't read my question. Pac (if he was cheating) would have been able to cycle the PED's within that time frame and thus no positive test and thus, no embarassment. Nice try though.
