by exercising 10 min. a night what kind of results will i get and how soon will i

notice any difference? i just want to be fitter, have more energy and tone my body not really lose weight, right now im 117lbs and 5'8 but i have gotten kind of lazy when it comes to working out and now i only have maybe 10 minutes a day so how long till i see results? will i lose weight if i don't change my diet from what it is now? my excercising right now is anything very active for those ten minutes i have.
