The reason I'm asking is because no matter how you try to put it quitting is quitting. As a fan we pay to see athletes play, so what kind of example does it show a small kid who loves barry sanders for him to just quit. Someone who looks up to you don't care about your problems with management, we just loved to see you play. I think for a player to just quit because he can't get traded shows were his heart is. So basically how are you going to tell a child he quit because he had problems with management, so that's showing a kid if he has problems with his team or coaches to just quit. Just walking away from something because you can't get your way to me is HEARTLESS! Any real man in life will know that, especially dealing with sports. These athletes get paid millions of dollars and just because their team isn't winning they complain, you weren't complaining the day you signed that contract so don't just quit. Going through hard times showing someone life isn't easy, now that's heart!
