Buzz! Quiz World, making questions on my Buzz!?

If I were to make several sets of questions using My Buzz! could I use them in a local Multi-player game or just single player. Could I have a full game using user created questions? Please explain to me how My Buzz! works. Also can I use wired Buzz! controllers made for PS2 with Buzz! Quiz World.
