Ive tried almost everything to fix it. Its been like this for a year. I really hate short hair but if i get a buzz cut will my hair grow back normal. About 3 months ago i got my haircut. Not super short like a buzz cut but alot and it still grew back frizzy. So will a buzz cut work?
