I want to buy a samsung captivate from someone with no connection with AT&t and I was wondering for all of those who has done this, what is the chance that if you currently have no data plan and you buy a smartphone that they will actually find out and force a data plan into your plan? Please tell me if you are currently doing this but have not had any problems with them forcing you a data plan. Thank you!
