Buying the N75

Anyone buy the N75 yet? Cti-miami has it now, and mobileplanet has it (or maybe it's still pre-order, I haven't check in a while) but they haven't answered me when I asked if it was unlocked AND unbranded? Because I heard all of them right now are branded to Cingular, even though they are unlocked.

Anyone know a good source to get the American version of the N75 (I'm paranoid about companies sending me the Hong Kong version without telling me) that is unlocked AND unbranded?
 
...if you order from cti-miami you can wait until next week before they tell you again that they don't have it.
