Buying the iPhone 3G S Question?

I am planning to get the iPhone 3G S in WalMart for only 97$. Is this true? Is this available in Honolulu, Hawaii because I requested my Aunt to buy this phone for me.hehe She works and live there but I dont want the contract somehow. How much would it cost me for terminating the 2-year contract in AT&T? 350$? is it? Any knowledge about this? please help.
 
If you want the IPhone but don't want to be in a contract than just it outright somewhere or buy a used one somewhere. By the end of the month it will be very easy to find one of these phones!
 
The reason it is 97$ is because you will be signing a 3 year contract to get it.
It will cost you about 500$ to terminate the contract.

I suggest buying a used iPhone on kijiji, then buying a SIM card to AT&T for less than a 3 year contract.

Just to note though, you will be paying 50$+ each month for your plan. The plans are very expensive.
