I'm planning to buy a PS3 and PSP from Japan (Japanese console). However, I have the following questions -
1. Does a Japanese PS3/PSP console has 'English' as a language setting? (I don't now Japanese language)
2. Can it play games in english (if the game cd support english)?
3. Can it play games purchased in Singapore/India?
