If I were to buy a refurbished Verizon Wireless Palm Centro on eBay, then set up the phone on my plan over the internet- will that make it able for me to avoid the data plan? I've heard you dont need one for it anyway because the phone came out in 2007.. But just to be safe.. I'm going to purchase a refurbished one off of eBay, and try to set it up on my account with no data plan.. I understand this may conclude in not recieving picture messages... even though that is a feature I do use often.. is there a way to ensure I will still have that too? I know that thtat comes with the data plan... So, how would I "block" the data plan? Or get it so I don't have to pay the extra each month? Any help would be nice. Thank you.
