buying new cellphone need help.?

i have a samsung Juke right now for like 2 years already i want to buy a Droid 2morow if possible. But it says it costs $569 without 2 year plan. the thing is we have been with Verizon for A LONG... Time for over 4 years. so will the phone still be $569 or will it be cheaper like $299 with the 2 year plan? i just wana switch numbers and get a new phone keep the same plan i already got now. so will it cost $569 or $299
