I am looking to buy an indoor bike but had no idea they were so expensive. Spinning.com has bikes that about $800 and up. Do I have to spend that much to get a decent workout? Anyone have a cheaper bike they could recommend?
Check the local ebay and Craig's lists in your area. People buy these things all the time and use them for a month and they turned into a cloths rack. For $ 800 you can get a nice bike and a trainer to put it on when the weather is bad.
