Buying a used Pontiac Grand Am '00? good or bad?

It's a 2000 Red Pontiac Grand Am - 4 cylinder. Engine was rebuilt after 150,000 miles - currently has 207,000 miles. New pads and battery. Tires have 400 miles of wear. Paint in great shape - no dents or marks.
