Hi, I'm currently working part-time and earning CA minimum wage ($8.00) which tally up to $1,000 a month. I'm currently A college student and still dependent on my parents so I don't pay any bills or any other living expenditures. I've never purchased a vehicle before so this is all new to me; and was wondering if I could be able to afford Insurance coverage fee's (I'm 19) as well as monthly payments on a used '06 Jetta that range from 8-10k?
Any Info or tips would be much appreciated; I'm bored and blasphemously sick of driving a '89 corolla.
