Buying a road bike, help!?

Can someone tell me if this road bike from craigslist (link included) is good for its price? I will be commuting a lot this spring and need a good road bike that can get me to places fast.

I'm 6'1'' and I'm wondering if the 22''(56cm) steel frame with fit me? The bike itself seems ready to use without having to fix it up, just wanted someone who is more familiar with road bikes to help me decide.

I would pass on it way too much for a regular road bike from that era and outrageous for a Huffy bike. Keep looking, measure your actual inseam from your crotch to the floor with shoes on and use 65% of that for a bike frame. That will get you close but the real measurement is stand over height. You want a frame that is 1-2 inch less then your actual inseam when you stand over it.

Edit:
Never mind that bike has a 63 cm frame. The guy that owns it is 6' 2 and the saddle is all most the whole way down. Keep looking
