I am wanting to buy a phone from vodafone. I went to get it instore but they wanted to charge me for it and it is free online. The issue I have though is I want to buy insurance but the option isn't coming up. I was told there was an issue with it and I might need to phone them about it but I was wondering is there a chance it would come up on the confirmation screen although I thought this was unlikely as the total amount is appearing on the payment page in the step before so I thought if the insurance was available it would come up before that. I think I will have to phone them but any help would be appreciated.
