buying a new verizon phone?

my current phone isnt working, ive had it for like a year and its been thrown across rooms, dropped in water, basicly it needs to be replaced. i cant upgrade my phone till the end of february and i cant wait that long. so how do i buy a phone from the verizon website with out having to buy a new contract.


i dont have time to go to a verizon store because the closest one is like 30 minutes away.
