okay, so im with the cincinnati bell plan. no offense but their phone selection stinks. i am looking on ebay for a new phone, just to try to convince my mom to buy me. im looking at verison wireless phones because i love all their phones. i know that in order to buy one it needs to be unlocked. but i dont understand the whole unlocked thing, and what happens if i buy one and its not unlocked is there a way i can unlock it or something so i can use it? i just need someone to explain the whole concept of the whole unlocking thing?
