Buying a jeep(with issues) to fix myself and resell how do I do the title?

I usually have the title signed over and go to the DMV and register but I do not plan on registering this vehicle. Can I just have the title signed over to me then sign it over to the next buyer without registering it? I am in Florida BTW
I have owned 3 and it seems satanic owners are usually to blame. Jeep makes a great product if you understand that you cannot just put motor oil into them and go.
