pretty foolish idea, didn't it? With gas at over $4/gal, you don't see too many Hummers on the road these days, do you? Auto dealerships say they can't sell their inventory of SUVs, and the people who come in to trade in their SUVs can't get beans for them, the trade-in value is so low.

Democrats wisely bought a Toyota Prius hybrid vehicles then and continue to do so today. It looks like that was yet another thing that the Democrats were right about, wasn't it?
