My fiance and I want to buy our first home. We've been renting an apartment for 2 years now. We don't have any savings because every time we have enough in savings, something happens and it gets depleted. I've been looking at homes around $100,000 that we could possibly afford. The HUD homes in our county look like they belong in the projects(no offense).
How can we buy a home with no down payment?
How does a mortgage for say a $100,000 home, with $85 HOA fees, and $900 property taxes figure into a payment? What would the payment be?
