right now we live in the house we want to buy and he said he would sell it to us for 75 but i was told the closing cost including down payment would be around 8 grand. Another person told me thats wrong and way to much. That all we should have to do is be able to get the loan and maybe have the appraiser fees and then just have a lawyer write up title transfer papers and him sign it over to us and thatd be it? what kind of cost should i expect since im buying from the owner compared to buying another way?
