I'm interested in the 2009 Malibu 2LT, however, GM seems to be neck deep in financial trouble. So what happens if/when GM folds? Will Chevrolet still uphold their warranties?
Im not sure about factory warranties, but if they go under Im sure there will be some sort of buyout in which the factory warranty will possibly be upheld. I would suggest purchasing an extended warranty through another company such, maybe Chrysler? I bought my Chevy Cobalt and got an easy care extended warranty through Chrysler.
