So, I'm looking to purchase a cell phone on eBay, but I have a few questions...
What does it mean for a phone to be locked, and what does it mean for it to be unlocked?
Which is easier to deal with (locked or unlocked)?
Once I have purchased my phone, how do I get it to work?
Is it possible to just switch the sim card so that I can keep all photos that I have taken on my current phone, as well as contacts (as long as I have them saved onto my sim card)?
