Hey, I'm looking into buying a Crown Vic. It turns out that the owner currently has flashing blue lights installed in the car. Would it be legal to posses the blue lights in the car while I get it back to my place? Keep in mind I'd be picking the car up from New Jersey and I'm in Mass. I planned to take the lights out once I get home. Help!
