Buying a car! help??

Hi, I am 17 and I want to buy a new chevy silverado when I turn 18 which is Feb 2009. But can I buy a new car??? My mom said she will help make payments and I will pay some too.
But what are some financing options???

I so new to all this and I really want this truck. I think it will be around 20000 to 30000.

The payments on new trucks are expensive. In my opinion buying a new truck is not the best thing to do since the next year the truck is going to drop the price dramatically. I am not trying to make you feel bad, but if you going to get a brand new truck, you need to have very good credit. If you are going to do it anyways since you have not built credit, you are going to need a co-signer that has good credit.
