I have a question regarding buying a used car from a private party.
What do i Need to do? All the car quality questions aside, What do I need for paper work? I'm currently driving my parents car so I have never owned or purchaed a car. If I go to the private seller and buy a car all I need is the Title and Registration (then I go transfer it)? Do I need to get my own plates or does the Private party give me the car and PLATES after purchase?
