outside of ebay, chance of win? I sold a buyer an amp on a forum outside of ebay that i packaged nicely with insurance and signature confirmation. Well he received the amp and say it was blown. He decided to open a Paypal dispute with me stating "item not as described". I responded quickly by saying "Amp was tested and working when shipped. As with all electronics, amp could have been damaged by installation error." I did test the amp before i shipped it and it was working plus in the description, i have never said the amp was working. I just listed the specs so how could he say "item not as described." I am willing to open a Paypal claim and fight this through. What are my chances of winning?
