You're right, Jill.....It started with Jim's response....

Thinking this over about ginger and cheese combinations.....

I love eating a cube of a good cheddar cheese (not a Kraft processed kind,
but a 'real' matured Cheddar) together with a nice good quality Crystalised
Ginger....The combination of the two together is great!...... Nice to eat
while having a glass of Sauvignon Blanc.
