butt pimples

I've never had an acne problem on my face or really anywhere on my body, aside from an occasional zit on my face as a teenager...however, I get what I would call "butt pimples" a lot, no matter how well I clean the area. They can appear anywhere on my butt, usually a couple inches or less away from the middle.

What can I do about these?? Not to sound vain, but I think I have a pretty nice butt shape-wise, and my hubby and other men agree, but I have these blemishes that just bother me!

I've also got the same problem only it goes down on my thighs. I'm using Salicytic acid Nutrogena, NON oil, with gritty stuff in it when I take a shower. I just started with liquid antibiotic to put on after showering. I'm trying to wear cotton underwear and wear shorts whenever possible so I don't sweat so much.
