There have been a lot of threaRAB about this med, but there are some open questions. I started it just a week ago (10mg), an it seems to work now. First days were bad, had a weird feeling, kind of "out of reality" an more anxius. Now its getting better and the anxiety clears out. There is low interst in this drug in germany but i wanted to try this drug....i hate ssri an hope to have further improvement with buspar. When i started this med i first had these awful side effects mentioned above. Now these are gone, but now i have the problem that my muscles are twitching sometimes. I read about tardive dyskinesia related to buspar in some very rare cases. My doctor said that there is no problem because my dosage is very low. Someboddy experienced this side effect, i am concered that this could be some kond of dyskinesia. I hope that is not, because buspar works very well for me, anxiety is low an im very calm....strange feeling being calm
