Given the facts
(1) Obama states that he will raise taxes on businesses and eliminate business tax loopholes;
(2) Economics 101 states that businesses don't pay taxes, customers do;
(3) The vast majority of Americans are employees of a business;
(4) ALL businesses have customers and
(5) ALL Americans are customers of businesses
So when Obama raises your employer's taxes and eliminates your employer's tax loop holes, what do you think will happen to your monthly pay or job? As a customer, what do you think will happen when you need your car serviced, yard worked on, computer fixed, tickets to a football game or concert, cable/internet service bill, etc. etc. etc?
As an employee of a company, I understand that Obama will be raising the cost of doing business on my company. I have been thinking about what that means to my income and job. Bottom line, it will be a function of how much of an increase the customers of my company are willing to pay.
