so BASICALLY I need to respond to the quote "the human resources cycle has to react to issue that are currently affecting the australian work environment"
I FIGURED I would start by explaining what the HR cycle is... but then im lost.
my sheet also says "investigate issues that are impacting upon the australian workforce currently and show how businesses are responding through their human resource cycle."
Any help you give (even if its not about Australia) will be GREATLY appreciated as I just don't know how to start this assignment. cheers!!
