Business question about sole trade bank accounts and laws?

Hi there im set up as a sole trader, and opened a business account with barclays,

now, i put in £1000 of my own money to get the company rolling, so am i allowed to spend that money on personal things if i need to ??? (as i have when im out and only have the business card on me i use it for petrol, drinks whatever really) :O
