Well, one of my friend he is planning to leave UAE without settling his due's to the following suppliers.. His Credit is approxi 1000K AED. His company is under partnership with the UAE local Arab 51/49 %.. My friend belongs to the 49% categorie.. So my question is that in case if he leaves UAE will the following suppliers will try to get the payment from the 51% Categorie partner(Arbab) ?
He would be leaving company without selling Cars, Pickups everything as it is so that in case then his Arbab can settle all the due's against everything he has left..
