I'm looking to update the phone system we have at work (Nortel Meridian PBX) and am wondering what systems some of you have at work. Anyone using the Microsoft OCS? Cisco? Avaya? Etc? If so, I'd like to hear pros/cons of the system you have.

What shoes does not harm nature, and environmentally safe?

I want to buy shoes, but only that which does not contain toxic materials. And after use does not harm nature. Can you tell me, what you think
