Alright he owes me $200 dollars. The original agreement verbally was $50 a day. After confusion he said $200 a week which I was okay with I just wanted to see if he could pay me (Verbal as well). Its been months and I bugged this man and there is still no sign that he intends to pay me. I would like to know if I went to small claims court and lost would it cost me court costs, also if I won would I get the money owed plus if he would pay for court costs? Is this a good idea? If its a good idea how should I go about my case since all this is verbal? Also who else should I contact to let them know that an employee (me) was treated unfairly financially (Not paid)?
