I bought a car and over paid by 150.00, the guy counted the money of 2,750 then said just kidding. but we didn't catch on until we got home. and i needed some money to pay for the insurance on the car. that's when we realized the mistake. We called the manger and told him and he said he only got the amt of 2,550. nothing more, we told him we wanted the money back, he told us he would speak to his boss in the morning.we threatened to take him to court over the money. he said he didn't want it to go that far, so now we are waiting on the phone call back to find out if we get our money back or not. I need help I don't know how to handle this situation or if there is anything I can do.
