Hi,
I live in Australia, and wish to start an virtual museum covering an influential Australian business that failed after many decades of operation.
I am curious of the business aspect required to make this a reality. I realise I will never make any money off the venture - but ongoing costs involved will be minimal and I will be easily able to afford it.
So, what business structure should I use to ensure compliance with the law? Plus, what processes will I need to take?
Also, I already own an extensive collection of the sample matter. Should I retain ownership, or transfer the items to the new entity formed? I will have complete ownership of the museum.
Thanks!
