My father wants to start a company and wants me to sign my name on some paper because I'm considered a minority.He said that I would be CEO/owner.That all I have to do is collect the money.It will be a LLC. I was wondering what rights do I have?, Is he trying to trick me?If the company goes bankrupt will everything fall on me because I signed my name.I'm only 20 years old and I do not want to do something I regret. I stay in North Carolina if that helps any.
