business loan question? starting a business with 4 people? can i ...?

I am in the air force, my buddy and i want to start a company up soon, and we were looking into getting a loan or investor for 25,000-35,000 , on the loan it would be my wife and I, himself and his wife, so 4 people.

my credit is okay, same as my wives, he said him and his wife have around average credit to.

how hard will it be to get this loan?

at the mininum we will need around 20,000
