Business Letter Help?

Dear Customer Service Representative,
I’m writing this letter to comment on the terrible experiences I have had with this company. I have been to Forever 21 on many occasions. I have many concerns about the store. First, is the extremely cheap quality of products. Second, is rude workers. And third, the return policy.
Several times I have gone to Forever 21 to buy clothes or jewelry. I love the look of all the products that forever 21 has to offer, but almost every single time I’ve gotten something, there has been rips, snags, broken zippers, broken chains, or other malfunctions.
For example, just on January 28, 2011, I went to buy dresses and accessories late at night. I bought two dresses, and a pair of earrings. Each item I got was ruined in some way. One dress has beading that began to fall off. Another dress had a snag right in the middle. My earrings that I had picked out had broken in two different places and the beads were falling off. I have had many experiences previously similar to this, especially with jewelry. I figured I could have my mom sew the dresses. In the morning, I went to go return the earrings, but soon learnt that I couldn’t. The return/exchange policy is absolutely ridiculous.


I need to add my "action desired" for my closing? But I don't know what to put. I would love free stuff! But how would I word things correctly?
